They Say - Poem by Glen Bunning

They Say It Takes Sometime
For A Rainbow To Lose It's Rhyme
It's The Thunder In Their Hearts
That Doesn't Let Us Grow Apart

And
It's When The Seas Rise And Fall
And Nightfall Means We Embrace
And Erase Any Thoughts Of A Troubled Day

I Think It's Our Way
It's Something In Our Hearts
And We Won't Depart From Each Other

They Say It Takes A Moment
For A Heartbeat To Lose It's Way
Another Day.... Another Way
Or So They Say

It's When The Night Greets The Day
When The Moon Kisses The Sun
And A Skeleton Of Another Past
Will Drift Away Into Oblivion.
