They Were Shouting Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

They Were Shouting

They were shouting,
It reached my ears only,
But not my sublime inner realm,
As it was completely suffused with superior poetic feelings,
Which was always the most precious thing for me.

When we are deeply focused in our work, we cannot give due attention to other things. An interesting poem.
