As long as anyone remains,
To choose to live life...
Wanting to be their better self.
With this noticed to set an example.
Others can bet to know.
Or should realize with open eyes.
What they see is not an exception.
Or a rule to follow too often abused.
Nor what they view to witness it.
Are those not wishing to be accepted.
Since what they have to feel,
Is self respect so many choose to neglect.
And this is not a test to ask of anyone.
If or if not,
They were allowed to pass.
With it hoped that they do.
To be the respecting people they will always be.
