A grown man seated crying watching tv
I guess that save the ocean commercial was hard hitting

Women with signs pleading to kill babies
Clever language disguises the truth

Red ties and blue ones debating nothing
Are political views the only topic we have to share?

Media spewing fuel directly in the fire
Crowds gather to burn, loot, and kill

Young ones mistakenly calling their iPads Mom
Our elders left to spend their last years with strangers

Education seems like the washing of brains
Teachers have no motivation due to this

People not accepting the consequences of their actions
What is sensible becoming foolish

What I've seen isn't all that good
Still we must love
