This Pain - Poem by Edward Kofi Louis
I will not be chasing butterflies because of your love,
For this pain should go away from me;
Then, i will be free! !
Because, your attitude looks so strange to me at times.
I still do not understand you my love!
But, try to learn how to live peacefully among people;
For, i am always shocked of your behaviour!
You always direct your stress towards me! !
And, you have made blood and unclean meat part of your life;
That is why you are always behaving this way.
You need honey, butter, molasses and milk to make you like a child!
Because, i am a man under laws;
And, i know my left from my right! !
So, rise up to the truth and live peacefully among people.
