As early as fourteen this thought was sown
Ever since then like a cancer it grows..
To discover the purpose of life
He traverses ahead a long road
In pursuit of his destiny,
unknown of what next to board
On reaching the extreme, he realizes his purpose is already done
The moment, his thought and life
is left nothing to serve,
their existence cease
With that enigma, on heaven's bed
the smiling soul rests in peace.
there is no purpose to life... I at 8 years of age did realise... I came as they forgot to use a condom...why! .. it was not available then...population was less and I was only 13th ..scope was unlimited.... one every 10 months, could be....Then I realised, having come from inside to outside... I and we all have to live through.. LIFE and DEATH...so let us make OUR life purposeful... Now I am about to enter the eight decade... believe me will you

This is a stunning work, Jaya. Self awareness is a journey, but it is also a destination. Once attained, or even observed, we can find peace, purpose, and tranquility. Brilliant writing, Jaya.
