Seven years later, you're still mourning his death
You still recall the night he died,
It's still raining outside and in you mind
Like it always has been since the night he died

Two months ago, you met a new guy to spend the rest of your life with
It's still raining in your mind
It's been seven years and your heart is still broken
No matter how perfect your life is now, thought of him never left your mind
You want to start a new life with him again,
You wake up at night remembering that it'll never be viable.

Seven years ago, your life fell apart that night
That night, he was overdosed and he got in his car
You we're too heartbroken to stop him
He drove off and you never saw him again
Two hours later, you found out he died

Everyone dance like it's the end of the world,

Dance like it's the last chance you ever have
Dance like it's the last day you have
Dance like it's the last time you get to dance with him again

It doesn't have to be romantic
It doesn't have to be perfect
It doesn't have to be the best seconds of your life
