I had it,

A song
A poem
A lyric
A line,

I was singing in the car, feeling fine
Stopped, got out went inside
Then lost what I had created,

I should have wrote it down,
I could have told you, how I felt,

With heartfelt words of appreciation,
Acclamation, filled with positive communications,

So maybe I'll sleep on it, and it will come back
That's happened to us before,

For now, this forth-wit, witty ditty, will have to do

Maybe I'll have an expanded dream and unlock,
A clue of what I lost, and who,
I left behind
