The biggest mistake one can make
Is to allow someone close enough
To break down the walls you built around yourself
Brick by brick
Then slowly they gain entrance into your heart
And you foolishly let them in
Just to get stabbed in your, now exposed, heart
By a knife that is ever so sharp
And not by Cupid's soft and gentle arrows
So, it's time to rebuild these walls
But, this time, it will be of indestructible materials
