Through A Monsters Eyes - Poem by Derek Morningstar

I'm a monster through and through
I know you see it to
Living in seclusion
In their eyes everything I do is wrong
It must be my delusion
Getting bored with the same spiteful song
Then a megalomaniac I must be
To the world all I think about is me
Maybe a sociopath, selfishly selfless
To societies falsity's I stand helpless
Promiscuous but virtue remained
With individual perspective stained
Its hard to see the truth
When all they do is deceive
How do you look past the lies
their hatefull words caused you to believe
