Through Mountain Peaks And Blackened Skies Poem by Mohammad Younus

Through Mountain Peaks And Blackened Skies

Through mountain peaks and blackened skies,
Where thunder roars and lightning flies,
The mystic-bird unfolds its wings,
And soars aloft as silence sings.

Its feathers glow with love's bright fire,
Its gaze reflects the heart's desire;
Each mighty beat defies the storm,
Ascending high, a sacred form.

With wings that span the heavens wide,
It stirs the winds on every side,
And calls the rain from clouds above—
A spirit fierce, yet born of love.

In ancient lore, they speak its name—
A force untamed by earthly claim;
Protector of the cosmic spheres,
Its power flows through heaven's tears.

When rivers wane in drought's cruel reign,
It lifts its cry—a sacred strain.
The mystic call, the holy Hu,
Revives the earth with life anew.

Through valleys deep, o'er forests tall,
It heeds creation's timeless call.
Its cry resounds; the storm obeys,
And barren hearts drink heaven's grace.

Each clap of thunder, flash of light,
Reveals the storm's eternal might.
The mystic-bird, a cosmic guide,
Born of sound, in light it rides.

Some claim it lives in myth alone,
A fleeting tale from ages gone.
Yet still its song, the sacred Hu,
Resounds in all the world we view.

It dwells in cloud, in flame, in stream,
In rolling hills where spirits dream.
A force untamed, forever free,
The mystic-bird sings unity—Hu.
