Through our blood
Tuesday,9th October 2018
Soldier's steps
ahead of time non-stop
only one promise in mind
let the nation ask sacrifice of any kind
no matter where the world goes
our march moves
to the battlefield
the position so dear to be held
neither missiles nor the grenades
or shells from the mortars
we stand fast and counter
any attack from across the border
we are ready to lay down lives
and believe
the motherland is holier than the mother
we are here to stand as defenders
we have nothing to regret
but let
the country people know
through our blood the country's freedom flows

A lovely tribute to our gallant Jawans at the frontiers, guarding the Nation's honour every minute. If we are going around carefree, leading comfortable lives and entertaining ourselves, it is because these Jawans are standing there with their lives at stake every second. I salute these brave-hearts whole-heartedly with all the love and gratitude at my command. GSP Rao, Camp Dubai, Oct 10,2018
Wonderful account of a soldier, a person who makes us feel secure by sacrificing his life. Devika Das, Hyderabad, Sep 10,2018
through our blood, the country's freedom flows - powerful emotions flowing through. A great tribute to our soldiers. Agree with Sangeeta - their valor must be remembered at all times. Thanks sir for the wonderful share. Annapurna Sharma, Nellore, Oct 10,2018
We should not remember our soldiers' sacrifices only on August 15 or January 26 but every time. A beautiful tribute, sir. We salute them for their sacrifices. Sangeeta Das, Delhi, Oct 10,2018
