You left me with a broken heart.
For the last time, I say.
It's what's been on my mind.
Can't turn back the time.
When I had the strength to say.
I made it through the rain.

You say that you are sorry.
Promised to change.
But you just stayed the same.
Looking for answers I can't find.
You're tearing up my heart.
I found the courage to say.
I made it through the rain.

I felt as if I was drowning.
Falling deeper under each day.
Hitting rock bottom.
With nothing to pull me up.
Now nothing is the same.
I found the courage.
To make it through the rain.
