Oh time! the goddess of nature
 And the mother of nurture
You are a respecter of none
But a mother to everyone

To the wise, you are a friend
To the foolish you are a fiend
A fiend with  evil claws
That tears man made laws

You assault the beautiful dame with each tick
And you bring nigh death with each kick
Time you are kind
But  undermined

Oh time! I hail thee
Like a judge you punish those who challenge thee
You are kind to your lovers
And a brut to your haters

I revere  thee
Because you are decree
Oh time you are savage
Because you ravage!
