Times Places Where Nature Obeys No Clocks Poem by Terence George Craddock

Times Places Where Nature Obeys No Clocks

a glass top frosted small round garden table
a faded green time worn plastic garden chair
sound local lawn mowers buzzing like bees
sitting in sheltered corner of seldom visited garden
sun can instant bite fierce like fire ants angry
feel warm sun beat drum on hot sun baking head
time is an old echo memory of child summer sun
running playing lost moments past summer sun days

sky an adorable palette soft blue tides white clouds
are beach foam washing across still sky shores fields
warm breeze shakes hands greets branches leaves ferns
in soft sweet breaths cool instant continuous passings
in bird chirping distances feathered friends converse
nature timeless sits on bright sunny days obeys no clocks
