Tired Of Cold Poem by Randy McClave

Tired Of Cold

I'm so tired of the snow
I just want it to go,
I want it to melt
Too much winter I have already felt.
I'm tired of being cold
As to all I have complained and told,
I'm tired of the freezing
And I'm tired of all the sneezing.
I'm tired of the quivering
And I'm tired of the shivering,
I'm tired of wearing gloves and heavy clothes
From the top of my head to the tips of my toes.
I'm tired of trying to stay warm
As if this coldness is becoming the norm,
I'm tired of this winter
I'm excited for summer to show up to enter.
I'm tired of the saddened clouds
That covers our heads like shrouds,
And the constant cold, cold wind
I just wish for it to end.
I don't want to stay at the fireplace at my house
Shaking like a timid scared mouse,
I want to be on my boat
And I want the sun on me as I relax and float.
