Tis the usual old story in the World of today
Far too many power abusers doing things in their own way
Hoodwinking their own people and on other Lands declaring war
For to try out their war weaponry no distance for them seems too far
Money, politics and assets and Nationalistic pride
Are the things mainly responsible for the cultural divide
To war and terrorism these things seem to give rise
We so badly need a World leader who is knowledgeable and wise
So many innocent people their human rights to them denied
Even in so called democratic Countries and that is World wide
We do need World leaders in this our time of need
Who will rule with understanding of those different and by good example lead
But in the history of human-kind so few good leaders to recall
And here's to love and harmony and a fair go for all.
