To A Friend
To a friend
A friend of mine ended up in a hospital
His heart had taken a heavy load of a hard life.
I told him he was no longer Tarzan. but a middle-aged man
whatever unresolved problem he has in the past
he had to leave it behind in the heap of hurts and slights
that hatred only damages the hater.
I spoke from experience, I had been where he is now.
Very practical approach. It is rather our duty to offer our nears and dears our honest advice which is based on our personal experience. Thanks, Oskar.

Sound advice to a friend. Will he listen? Probably not but the friendship and visit would most likely have a healing effect. Well said and written poem.
