To Be In Love
To be in love
what is its worth
the emotion we proffer to it
to surrender so much
to a word an ideal
it it just, worthy
is it even optional
or do we follow the callings
of our own heart and desire
to be in love
how could one express
such a concept
which overwhelms us all
beyond logic and rational
beyond all and everything
love is the greatest mystery
the greatest compliment
the loneliest question
we never want answering
