To Be Lean Is To Be Thin.
Girls below twenty
Must not get into fallacy
That leanness stands for beauty.
Hardly do they put fat at this stage.
Leanness is to shave extra fat.
If you starve at this stage
Your muscles are slashed,
Which will never recoup in future.
