To Britain
I like you most
as you westernized our wild narrow Medieval thoughts.
I dislike you most
as once you came to rule our fate.
I will learn from you forever
without becoming your slave.
I will settle in your land
but your atmosphere will never settle in my Indian heart.

Excellently written about Preferences, Showing respect from one to the other is the best option and solution. A poem full of 100% self assurance
