To Knock Me Down Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

To Knock Me Down

Boom! !
Bloom,
Life is trying to knock me down;
But i will live on,
To saddle my donkey till the end.

Will!
The bill;
Not the pill,
To spill over,
Still facing the odds.

Hill,
Mill,
Gill,
Fill,
Grill! !
Searching for the right path,
Searching always for the truth.

The hustle and bustle of life,
Facing the odds,
With my works;
Always with my mind,
With positive morals.

Oh Life! !
Always trying to knock me down;
But i am always like a pillar!
Standing up straight,
Facing the odds,
Facing the ways of life with righteous morals.
