To My Late Mother Poem by Peter S. Quinn

To My Late Mother

Your kindness was great, the best of all,
A beacon of light in the darkest night.
With gentle hands, you'd lift me when I'd fall,
Your love a constant, ever shining bright.

In every smile, a warmth that could not fade,
A heart so pure, it knew no bounds or end.
Through trials and joys, your spirit never swayed,
In you, I found my truest, dearest friend.

Though time has passed, your memory remains,
A guiding star in life's uncertain sea.
Your legacy, in love, forever reigns,
A testament to all you gave to me.

In dreams, I feel your presence, hear your call,
Your kindness was great, the best of all.
