I shall forever
Address you as dear
Try to be friendly
And talk very frankly

You were pressing daily
To be intimate
And relate
Feeling with mind state

I never disclosed
And posed
Any problem from my side
I had taken vow and decided

You were my close associate
As if an intimate relative
Where I could open my memory thoughts
And share its insights

So feel closely aligned
And fully resigned
That I am trusted friend
To remain till end
