Today, let me share a tale
Of the 'Pole Star' of songwriting,

Such was the poet's devotion—
Weaving a tapestry of words,
Adorned with the beauty of romance,
Poetry descended upon the earth.
He gave a new direction
To the songs of the cinematic world,
And etched the name 'Shailendra'
