Tomorrow Poem by Juan Olivarez

Tomorrow

Tomorrow won't come for another day,
And we never know in what way.
Will it be a good day, or maybe bad?
Will we still be happy, or maybe sad?
Tomorrow won't come for another day.

Tomorrow won't come for another day,
And only God knows what's in store.
What tomorrow brings, no one can say,
We've never lived tomorrow before.
Tomorrow won't come for another day.

Tomorrow won't come for another day,
And the suspense won't bother me.
Whatever it is can't be held at bay,
It will still come, just wait and see.
Tomorrow won't come for another day.
