Too Fearful And Timid Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Too Fearful And Timid

Shadows peeking through daylight, curious as to what it
would be like if they became real and alive.

Always hiding from the sunshine though, never really step-
ping into the sunshine.

Too fearful and timid to try and walk forward, realizing
maybe that to be alive would be painful, uncertain.

Being filled with doubts so they never take a chance and
come out of the darkness.

Much like many people staying out of the light, afraid of
becoming known or even possibly famous, so becoming shadows
instead.
