Toronto II

Toronto I love because
It is Canada's best
It has the French
Who wrench at our hearts
With their insistence
That French is the best
But how lovely it is that
It has the English who relish
The polish that English gives
Toronto is a lovely city
And this ditty says
Toronto I love because it is Canada's best
If I love French art
I love English literature
If I think the Canadian man is a good kisser
Then I think he makes love
As lovers in love with all genres do
Toronto I love because
It is Canada's best!
