Total system

It is easier for any Government
To present
Benevolent program for all
And give clean call

Who corrupts people?
System or struggle
Where mob is collected on hire
Mad good government is set on fire

"Beurocracy thrives under the cloak"
But we fail to look
Depend upon their mind
And forget about the role of being kind

Right from clear to senior officers
The bribe is offered
No work can be done without bribe
Whom to praise and whom to describe!

Moreover judiciary remains silent
The cases take years to present
The final verdict comes after the death of victim
The total system does not function as team
