Touch - Poem by Angela Marie Lara

When I close my eyes
I can see you
Standing naked before me
Begging me
To touch you.

When I close my eyes
I can smell
The scent of your skin
Teasing me
To touch you.

When I close my eyes
I can hear you
The need in your voice
Drawing me in
To touch you.

When I close my eyes
I am asleep
This man is looking for me
only in my dreams.
