Tragic quake

We are concerned
For people who were stranded
And even met with death
Due to earthquake

It becomes our paramount duty
To provide all assistance all the way
Bury their dead bodies if not air lifted
And provided all facilities if requested

It was tragic incidence
But we are helpless
Against the natural disasters
But there were generous offers from public

We are thankful to all those
Who come to see island paradise?
But unable to reach back home
We pray peaceful rest for them

Any country feels grieved
When such tragedy occurs
But we have no control on natural happenings
As it has been taking place on many places

Tourists are backbone of economy
And carry impression from the country
That enhances prestige and respect
We once again pray for their loss in fact
