You called me 'My Angel'
Told the whole world so
I was well known
Among all your peers

When you crossed seven seas
To be with the one you loved so dear
I was only happy
For I always wanted to see your smile

You were happy with your new life
Your hidden talents were bought to light
You were loved, cared and supported
And was treated as a celebrity

Everything went on well
Till you were found so ill
I wrestled with God day and night
To give you back your life

I remembered the good old days
When I was in your arms
The love you had poured on me
Was still fresh, hot and strong

Dad was so merciful and kind
He made all the way
To make my dream come true
To be with you, my love and my life.

When we met in that hospital bed
We looked at each other with passion and love
Our souls leaped with joy
And the wings of our heart fluttered and stopped

Day and night I was with you
Feeding, loving and caring you
Slowly you got your life back
And they said it's 'cause of your Angel

Every night I kissed you
On your forehead and cheek
One night you pulled me to your side
Hugged me, kissed me and you slept

I had to leave you alone in that hospital room
And I left with you my life and my breath
I was desperate to join you back
As your thoughts were killing every iota of my being

I cried all day, all night
Calling out to Daddy, so loud I wept
Heavens heard it and angels were sent
To take me back to you, my beloved

We smiled when we met again
Our hearts and soul hugged each other
But when I saw your pain and suffering
I stormed heaven to take you home

I was called heartless and cruel
I was blamed and put to shame
But my love for you is eternal
All I wanted was your quality life

All day, all night I watched over you
To ensure you have a peaceful transition
And you breathed your last in my arms
My love, my life and my sweetheart

I was too happy to let you go
To a land where there's no pain and tears
You will rejoice with my little Angel
Whom I had lost years ago

I never knew I'll miss you so
As each passing day
Yet your love stays so fresh in me
As a Lily in the garden of heaven
