Oh now, you've got me homesick all over again! ! ! Cajun Country is, I do believe, not only along the coast, but as far up Louisiana as Alexandria, and even further north of there. Well, you'll know you're not in Cajun Country when you don't see anymore pirogues in the bayous, and the names for the bayous have turned to 'creek'. As for Gumbo? Put shrimp, sausage, AND chicken in it...the kitchen sink! Love this work! ! ! ! xxElysabeth
