Treachery
In the land where some hills were severe
(The word that sounds strange to many,)
I was born
I learned the word Sever from the elderly
To mean hard
Difficult
Years passed; and I learned other tongues
One of them English, in which severe has
The same
Meaning and the same definition to make
Me wonder
As I did
When I heard Loudeh in Russian meaning
Public, people, a society and group, which
Is the same
In my old mother tongue that is dying like
Fog in sun
Fading
There, during one of the summer camping
In Hana, I took a pebble aimed it, threw it
A sparrow
My prey fell. Then I went, lifted that small
Bird and
It flew
From my palm, treachery little bird that
Gave me a great memory for childhood
In my life
A memory that makes me laugh; always
Until alive
Great
