Treasure Poem by Augustine Yirideme

Treasure

Rating: 4.0

Up and above, the blue sky
All around butterflies fly
You ain't got no reason not to smile
Even if you've got to make another mile

Down pours the rain in its season
The rivers flow past to their destination
The sea swells with delight
The streets yell even without light

You sure can feel the wind
And see the hills thick and thin
The beaches beaming with pleasure
God's gifts to us, oh what treasure.

I find God's work of nature most becoming. I do so, find this poem charming. Bien!
