Treat Her Right Poem by Randy McClave

Treat Her Right

Any man can treat a lady right
For just one night,
Where he's not hateful and mean
Where he treats her like a queen.
For her he opens the door
Her smile is all that he looks for,
And to dine he pulls out her chair
And holds her hand in prayer.
He gives her smiles and also praises
And recites compliments in phrases,
He wants her at his side
From no person does he hide.
And just for that one night
Any man can treat a lady right,
But, then the very next day
That man walks away.

One thing that I do know
A good man doesn't treat a woman like a hoe
He's with her in both love and strife
And he'll do her right, for the rest of her life.
