Trellises Of Sunshine Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Trellises Of Sunshine

Rating: 5.0

Trellises of sunshine strewn through my garden.
I stepped one by one through all of them.
What was the meaning of such beauty?
I couldn't find thoughts. I had to let it be.

I, who found words for everything,
Couldn't conjure up even one.
For you see,
Nature captivated me.

Trellises of sunshine strewn through my garden,
Entered my now sunshiny heart.
They flew around me and through me,
And were like Cupid's dart.
