Trials And Tribulations Poem by Brett White

Trials And Tribulations

Trials and tribulations assail us all -
But stand tall, with God, and you will not fall.
Because Life, sometimes, oscillates with Fortune,
And for our sins, sometimes, we must atone.
Yet Angels smile the broadest at those who try
Every single day, towards God's Grace, to fly:
Without wings, towards Divinity, to aspire...
Should be our Heart's goal, braving even Fire.
But Fire cleanses the best as it burns...
My Soul's on Fire for whom my heart yearns.
