Trickster Poem by Angel A. Lockwood

Trickster

One day I met a real trickster
a crafty little one
he would brag
his life was easy
always appearing jolly
full of laughter
an overload of fun
he looked
at someone
across the road
who began to run
to take back all items
he once stole while
pretending to have a gun
I really hope
that all his craftiness
is completely done
