You hold my hand
While we're walking on the sand
You say we'll be Best friends forever
And no one will tear us apart, Never!
All the things you've said to me
I dont know if i should believe
But when you stand up for me
I know you're too hard to leave
There comes a day when everyone has left me behind
Like i am a different kind
You were there, standing next to me
You said you care, and you'll never leave
But how should i know, if you're not a trap
You're right there, But your heart's a map
I dont know you, im too scared
My mind resists you, to stay away from pain
But all the things your heart has shared
All i can think of is what's sane
When im in pain, when im crying
Will you be there to wipe my tears?
When im scared, when im denying
Will you be there to demolish my fears?
Here you stand, and you whisper to me
You're the best best friend, i will ever see
But Who are you? What do you want?
Are you someone else, so i can learn from my mistakes?
Who are you? What is it that you seek?
Are you that person, who will leave a mark in me?
I dont know, if i should trust you
I just know i care for you too
But jump to conclusions and ill say
