True Friends Poem by ehab hassouneh

True Friends

Rating: 5.0

Feeling so weak, Feeling so haunted
Fear force me not to speak, and make me daunted
Sitting in the dark corner, And slowly fade
Being so mourner with no soul and, being left in the shade

As hatred eats my soul, as grief fills my heart
Can't dig up an escape hole, so let my end start
This is where it all comes to an end, the time have come to meet the devil
In the place where souls can no longer ascend, where demons dance and revel

But as I look up to the skies, A light showers me with faith
Removing all the tears and cries, And take away all the wraith
A light which is a real friend, That protects you from all the pain
And shine upon you in the bitter end, And make life pump back into your vein
