True Humility Blooms Poem by Mohammad Younus

True Humility Blooms

True humility blooms
from the quiet understanding
that we are all sculpted
from the same eternal essence—
no triumph, wealth, or title
can sever our shared beginning,
nor alter the certainty of our return.

Make the motto in your life this verse:
'And do not walk upon the earth exultantly.
Indeed, you will never tear the earth,
and you will never reach the mountains in height.'

Life is but a fleeting breath,
a shimmer in the vast expanse of time.
It is not the heights we conquer
nor the accolades we gather
that truly endure,
but the tenderness we carry
in our hearts,
the love we extend
as we walk this sacred journey together.

Kindness, respect, and compassion—
these are the eternal seeds
we sow into the soil of existence,
etching their mark deep
into the fabric of eternity.
Pride, like shadows at dusk,
fades to nothingness,
while humility glows
like the first light of dawn.

Born of light, to light we journey back,
each a spark
from the same divine flame.
Let us walk softly,
with humility and grace our crown,
each step a sacred prayer,
each act a hymn of love
binding us all.
