'Twas like sighting the Crescent of Eid,
When first I heard the tunes that delight:
'I'm never leaving you, ' the holy music sang,
'For you've given both eyes and ears
To the melody of My eternal truth.
Beyond that, you are My dearest child,
My spirit entwined with your every breath.'
O my Lord! I rest in the rhythm of Your breath;
My life, my essence, flows at Your command—
A living testament to Your presence.
I beg for awareness, for radiant insight.
You gave me the divine eye to see You—
Present in every unfolding manifestation.
You granted wings to soar Your skies,
To explore the boundless realms of Your creation.
Should You ever withdraw from me,
I would be nothing—
A name erased, a shadow unformed.
Without Your breath, I would cease to be,
As if I had never been born.
Yet here I stand, a speaking reflection,
A manifestation of Your boundless truth.
