Twinkle Poem by Dechen Doma Sherpa

Twinkle

The starry night twinkles its lights
And to my sleepless mind gives delights
I think they are winking at us in good nature
Inspiring a child's rhyme wondering at its feature

I see sea of twinkles on a distant mount
And let my imagination go uncount
To fairies, fables, fortress where treasure lies
I yawn, satisfied and mesmerised i close my twinkling eyes
