Two Bright Eyes
Bare eyes shine in night,
look so powerful and bright
Keep staring but not made known,
Seem they are made for my own
Say not words but also not hide,
just smile broad with eyes wide,
convey deep feelings with no regret,
bright and shining eyes speak not yet,
why close eyes alone?
and face not covered,
So eyes when shut,
face may reveal,
You close the eyes,
life come to an end,
glitter and shine,
smile peters out,
find me so close even not near,
distance more but mind fear,
eyes shut but separation bear,
Near to come is idea to cheer,
You may say you are around, ,
even go round but not found
with steps so gentle on ground,
little it heard with no sound,
Oh, two eyes,
just face unveil,
lower it down to neck,
Find me there just to check,
Eyes may shine,
face may reveal,
wounds may heal,
love may look real,
Say not words but also not hide, just smile broad with eyes wide, .......10
Real beauty lies in the eyes 'cause they are the mirror of the soul. If an ugly soul is trapped in a beautiful body, the person will be rejected through time, but if a beautiful soul is trapped in an ugly body, the person will be loved through time... A good write!
