I never thought about the fact
that I could ever lose you.
To me, it seemed impossible.
That could never come true.

I would never let that thought
ever cross my mind.
I guess I just closed my eyes
and shut the window blind.

And there in my lonely heart
I would always find you.
For that's where you live, you know
where love is a rendezvous.

You are the heart that beats my life.
You make my breaths come slow.
My life is so entwined with you.
So I cannot let you go.

I will not think about the fact
that I could ever lose you.
For you have changed just who I am.
The other me is through.
