Unbreaking Virtue Poem by Barry Spurlock

Unbreaking Virtue

Unbreaking virtue-
Never ending faith.
Honor I can no longer understand-
When death comes I saith.
Shadows fall-
But all I can see.
Thy hand reaching forth-
Is this savior for me.
It is-
And it seems.
That my saver is you-
The love of my life the one I would want to.
I can escape this darkness not-
Without you by my side.
I need something to focus on-
I need you always on my mind.
The building blocks to my heart-
You hold to create as you please.
A never ending bridge-
To always have a hold on me.
I can never get away from your hold-
Nor do I want to try.
You are the best thing ever to me-
The brightest star in mine eye.
We are one now and forever-
After shall we stay and be.
I will never ever-
Be with anyone else but thee.
