Under
look! how the great cormorants
are tied up to waves of plastic
look beneath! once there was
an arena of roaming coral reefs
home to undersea civilisation
bleached, resting under ashes
but
when the epoch of unpeopledness
comes, they will certainly
emerge from their grey slumber.
look above! you're evaporated
absorbed in the great void
while the earth will thrive …
