To listening.
Until comprehension begins.
And this task to accomplish,
Seems not to be...
A prioritized activity.
Where people in some places,
Regard listening as a chore.
To then ignore anything,
Told that should be understood.
Done to be of benefit.
And...
Bring to their lives,
Noticeable good to appreciate.
But this to give time to hear,
With a paying attention.
Undivided to actively listen.
This to do to comprehend,
Often results...
In arguments to start.
By those not understanding,
What comprehension is.
Or know when,
That time arrives...
To close their mouths and listen,
How to do this to hear clearly...
The opportunities involved.
The benefits of knowing,
Something useful heard.
And most importantly...
Giving the mind time to receive,
Information...
Ignorance feels threatened,
To sit, permit and allow.
