Unforgotten Tides Poem by Bonnie Collins

Unforgotten Tides

Rating: 5.0

All you had to do was enter
a room, and did you know that
my heart began to pound

Your smile, your warmth that
made my life worth existing

You had given to me your love
I had in return given mine, however
the attraction between us was so
powerfull, it surpassed every emotion
inside of my body

Time does heal all wounds my love
but as the tides change the way
the day can be, it also dictates
the rhythm of the oncomming
wave beyond the raging sea....
